 Everything from free meditation sessions open to the public to guided meditation sessions in the Salt Cavern, meditation should be accessible to everyone regardless of experience. 

Designed to be light-hearted and approachable, these sessions are for anyone. 

Open Meditation

Free and open to the public, this open meditation experience is mindfulness in its simplest form.

 

Grab a mat, blanket, or cushion and reconnect with yourself. There is a bell at the beginning and end of the session, but no additional instruction given.

Interested in meditation but don’t know where to start?

 

Being guided through a meditation experience is a great place to begin, and it looks a little bit like this: start with a bit of movement, then listen to a guided meditation, move into silence, and end with guidance to allow you to leave feeling grounded.

There is an envelope at the door - pay what you can, if you can.

Movement + Meditation

First, get the wiggles out through movement .. then, practice the art of noticing and quieting the mind and allowing breath to settle.

 

This class combines movement and meditation to leave you balanced and grounded. This is a great class for beginners, as well as for anyone looking to combine movement, light stretching, and meditation.

Salt Cavern Meditation 

Starting in January       

 $20 Drop-in 

Pink himalayan salt, salt lamps, Halotherapy - pure coziness with multiple health benefits! This class starts off with a guided experience, ends with a simple restorative pose, and the in-between is an opportunity for silence and breathing in the healing, salty air.
